Telecaller

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tele Marketing Representative (Telecaller) to join our dynamic sales team at Kannur. As a Tele Marketing Representative (Telecaller), you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take a desired action. Your goal will be to generate leads, nurture customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists or databases.
• Introduce and explain our products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including call details and outcomes, using the company’s CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls or emails to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or degree
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
