KDC Chits Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch in charge to oversee our Kannur branch operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day activities, ensure excellent customer service, and drive branch performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage and support branch staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Achieve financial targets and operational goals.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and issues.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Prepare and submit financial reports to senior management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage operational risks.
• Train and mentor branch staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in branch management, preferably in financial services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of financial products, especially chit funds.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
